Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office administration, including procurement, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Organize company events, training programs, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach to employee and administrative support.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business landscape is advantageous.
