Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct HR analytics to track key metrics such as turnover rates, hiring efficiency, and employee satisfaction, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals.
- Organize and facilitate training and development workshops to support continuous learning and career growth.
- Administer performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, talent development, or employee relations.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and present insights to support decision-making.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
