Responsibility
- Oversee and manage manpower requirements for assigned areas, ensuring timely and efficient staffing solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates.
- Conduct regular workforce audits to identify gaps and proactively address staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring priorities and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Monitor employee performance and retention, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with local job markets, educational institutions, and professional networks to source talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in all recruitment and staffing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas as needed.
