As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct screening and initial interviews to assess candidatesâ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment to expand our talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS software and HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
