Are you an experienced HR & General Affairs Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments? PT Sumber Anugerah Utama, a leading company in its sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to oversee our HR and GA operations in Badung, Bali.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve workforce productivity, retention, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate general affairs tasks, including office administration, facility management, and vendor relations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Conduct regular HR audits and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & GA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, Manpower regulations, and BPJS systems.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
