Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training are completed.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Manage HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
