Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Leverage HR technology, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), to streamline recruitment processes and track key metrics.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting PT PMP as an employer of choice through various channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
