Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure successful placements.
- Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
