Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including payroll coordination and compliance reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or training and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a bonus.
