This role offers a competitive base salary of $3,100 â $4,000 per month, plus uncapped commission for high performers. Youâll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship from industry experts, and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and candidates. With a 5-day work week (9 AM â 6 PM) and a modern office located near Tai Seng MRT (for those transitioning from Singapore), we prioritize work-life balance while driving exceptional results.

Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Negotiate job offers and close placements, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client retention rates.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, employment laws, and recruitment technologies to enhance your expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, or job boards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
