Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the training center, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of employees and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Manage training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program evaluations.
- Ensure all training activities adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably in a training or operational environment.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, and commit to a contract-based employment term.
