Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the training center, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of employees and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Manage training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program evaluations.
  • Ensure all training activities adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably in a training or operational environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, and commit to a contract-based employment term.
