Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract, assess, and place top talent in alignment with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and business objectives.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Provide expert consultation to candidates on career opportunities, market trends, and interview preparation.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a sales-driven environment (preferably 1-3 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing strategies.
