Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities, cultural events, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics, engagement levels, and turnover rates, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and improving employee retention.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
