Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely compensation and benefits processing.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support workforce planning and organizational restructuring as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
