Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria for open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth, professional hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
