Responsibility
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal policies.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams and management on labor laws, employee rights, and best practices in industrial relations.
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, if applicable.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks related to labor disputes and compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of industrial relations activities, including agreements, disputes, and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conducting training sessions on labor laws and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
