Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, payroll processing, and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and assist in career development planning.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or employee relations is a plus.
