Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesâ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and recruitment timelines.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates in competitive markets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
