Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring manager meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, draft job descriptions, and align on recruitment timelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives to attract top talent.
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric approach.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices in Indonesia is a plus.
