Responsibility

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation preparation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, postings, and internal HR communications.
  • Help organize HR-related events, such as career fairs or training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Organizational Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is advantageous.
