Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries or issues.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to support career development.

Qualifications
