Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking employees and the broader team.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and report generation.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective HR practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
