Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Support training and development programs to foster continuous learning.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
