Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Support training and development programs to foster continuous learning.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
