Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Manage HRDC claims and e-TRiS processes to ensure compliance and maximize benefits.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, and participant communications.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports for auditing and decision-making purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD, with a focus on training and development.
  • Proven experience in managing HRDC claims and e-TRiS processes.
  • Strong understanding of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Certification in HR or training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
