Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for our Bali-based team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, employee development programs, and career progression initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection for roles in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Foster a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration for all employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
