Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal data, and performance evaluations, in a confidential and organized manner.
- Ensure statutory compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, including BPJS, tax reporting, and work permits for expatriate staff.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness campaigns.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including office supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles for Junior level; 5+ years for Senior level, preferably in a multicultural or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution is highly desirable.
