Responsibility

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including career fairs, info sessions, and virtual engagement initiatives to attract top graduate talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations across Indonesia.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early-career hires, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies.
  • Create compelling employer branding content (e.g., social media, presentations) to enhance Macquarie’s appeal to early-career candidates.
  • Coordinate internship and graduate programs, including logistics, assessments, and feedback collection.
  • Stay updated on market trends in early-career hiring and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on campus/early-career hiring.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment campaigns, preferably in financial services or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage students, faculty, and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Passion for employer branding and candidate experience, with a creative approach to engagement.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
