Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and work permits.
- Supervise General Affairs operations, including office administration, facility management, and vendor contracts.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and GA processes for operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in general affairs management, including procurement, office administration, and compliance.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
