Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ suitability for open positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring processes.
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Foster a positive employer brand through proactive engagement with candidates and employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
