Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
