Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop strategic plans, and support organizational growth and development.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and reporting for compliance and decision-making purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
