Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities in Bali’s competitive job market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (employers) to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry demands in Bali.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to job offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with the ACHIEVE Group team to meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences by delivering timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry developments in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment experience required – we provide full training and support!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM systems).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
