Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local regulations.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to support employee development.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
