Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local regulations.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to support employee development.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or similar positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
