Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational development needs and solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement through innovative programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of development programs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships for training and development resources.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Certification in HR or organizational development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
