Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and succession planning, to drive cultural transformation and business growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics such as participant feedback, performance improvements, and ROI analysis, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage external training providers, vendors, and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery of learning solutions and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track training progress, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting employee engagement in training initiatives and recognizing achievements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training and organizational development to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, ATD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a specialized role focusing on training, learning and development, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs and OD initiatives in a corporate or international setting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR analytics tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a strong advantage.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working in diverse or international environments.
