Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR administration, including payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and alignment with company culture.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven track record in HR process optimization, policy development, and compliance management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
