Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Facilitate employee benefits enrollment, claims processing, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on recruitment and compensation metrics.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, compensation, or benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, or similar platforms).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
