Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee HR documentation, records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
