Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and company culture.
- Ensure HR compliance by staying updated on labor regulations, conducting audits, and mitigating risks.
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Support general office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and workplace safety.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving workplace issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
