Responsibility
- Lead and manage the HR & General Affairs team to ensure alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top-tier talent for manufacturing roles.
- Design and execute performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and training & development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and workplace safety standards.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Optimize HR processes through digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or local equivalents) are highly advantageous.
