As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to attract top talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including payroll processing and employee records management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
