As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including payroll processing and employee records management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
