Responsibility

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building events.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership on workforce metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or ATS tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people management, talent development, and workplace culture.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR is advantageous but not required.
