Responsibility

  • Oversee and streamline regional HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Lead HR data management initiatives, including database maintenance, reporting, and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Spearhead the implementation and optimization of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, or ATS) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR projects, such as onboarding improvements, compliance audits, or employee engagement programs.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs, presenting insights to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Support talent acquisition and retention efforts by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies across all regional operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to data management and system implementations.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regional HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
