Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Prepare and distribute job postings and employment advertisements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and pre-interview assessments.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
