Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and attendance, using HRIS or other systems.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in the travel, tourism, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
