Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for APAC and EU regions, ensuring seamless execution of processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives by coordinating with hiring managers and external partners to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to APAC and/or EU markets.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, or BambooHR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements in APAC/EU regions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
