Responsibility
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving operational excellence across Bali locations
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational development in the Balinese market
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking teams, ensuring smooth operations and cultural integration
- Lead employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management processes to maintain a positive work environment
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent in Bali's competitive job market
- Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures across all levels
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal) and English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in Bali's business environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics to support evidence-based decision making
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is highly desirable
