Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company objectives and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
- Conduct performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning for employees.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and organizational growth.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure data integrity and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
