Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee data in HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, and record updates.
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax, social security) and internal HR metrics.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies with professionalism.
- Collaborate with finance and management to align HR processes with business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR-related documentation.
- Support administrative HR tasks, including contract management and leave processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or MNC environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy for payroll calculations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
