Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in a manufacturing MNC environment.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
- Drive CSR initiatives, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and community engagement.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or MNC environments.
- Proven expertise in full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and CSR.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in driving employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
